<b>Tips Rahasia Cara Membuat Kentang Goreng Menjadi Renyah </b></h2>

<b>1.</b> Kupas kulit kentang terlebih dahulu baru kemudian potong-potong kicil memanjang. Atau potong dengan ketebalan 0,5 cm dan panjng 8 cm. Usahakan hasil potongan seragam, ini bertujuan agar hasil penggorengan nantinya bisa matang kering secara merata<br />

<b>2.</b> Jika bahan kentang sudah selesai di potong, cuci bersih dan masukkan potongan kentang kedalam wadah panci atau ember yang diisi air dingin/air es. Diamkan sejenak agar kentang sedikit mengeras. Jika dirasa sudah cukup maka tiriskan potongan kentang tadi sampai benar2 kering.<br />
<br />
<b>3.</b> Gorenglah kentang dengan banyak minyak, usahakan nantinya potongan dapat terbenam semua. Goreng potongan kentang secukupnya saja ke dalam wajan berisi minyak panas. Sebisa mungkin usahakan suhu dalam minyak goreng mencapai 128'C. Ketika kentang sudah matang namun belum berubah warna, langsung saja di angkat dan tiriskan untuk digoreng kembali yang kedua kalinya.<br />
<br />
<b>4.</b> Lakukan penggorengan tahap kedua dengan tingkat panas minyak goreng mencapai 176'C. Lalu goreng lagi kentang yang sudah ditiriskan pada tahap nomer 3 diatas hingga berwarna coklat keemasan selama 2-4 menit atau terlihat renyah dan krispy.</div>
